  The cakes will still be useable, you just won't be able to unlock more of them in the bloodweb.

  Dont worry they dont expire. You can still use them until they run out

  Nothing. You can keep them or use them anytime, as far as i know.

  I still have ones left over from the 3rd Anniversary event.
