Yes, I know it sucks that they slapped a cooldown on Billy and tokens on Bubba.
Yes, I know it sucks that they changed the passive on Balanced Landing.
Yes, I know it sucks that they changed Pyramidhead in the latest update.
Yes, I know it sucks that they made maps smaller to help some killers out.
I promise that if you just keep playing the game like normal, you'll be fine. You'll relearn whatever it is they changed and everything will be fine.
Truthfully, I don't think I've ever been in a community with a bigger bunch of entitled, whining children. It's not the end of the world. In the end, remember that it's just a video game.

Your 4 examples are good examples to show both sides have had balance changes to even everything out. It is odd when you have discussions appear that completely lamblast the devs on "having no clue" when it's just not possible to fix everything in one go.
Fortunately, there are a lot of decent people in the community, but those aren't always the most vocal.

Definitely. Every now and then, even I will be like "oh man, why did [x] killer get nerfed by not [y] about survivors?" It's easy to think like that if you're not being rational.
This community overall is great! I just wish the most vocal ones used their voice for positivity instead.

Same here. I'd just like to state that it's perfectly fine to feel angered or concerned or worried .. initially. However, it's always worth letting it subside, think about it and by doing that you might either:
a) realise the reasoning behind it,
b) wonder why it upsets you and see if you can do anything to your gameplay style to integrate it, or..
c) still believe it is wrong, but by cooling down and assessing it you can put across a rational and thought out argument as to why it may not work and perhaps offer an alternative in a constructive way that the devs won't look at it and go "Really? That attitude sucks. Not interested".

So don't criticize just act like the bug team is doing a amazing job. Can't even code there own game without breaking the most basic things like sound. Life goes on but to believe someone blindly is ignorant.

I don't think this community is any more or less entitled than other multiplayer gaming communities. I used to be on the Overwatch forums and it was pretty similar.

The only question I have. Is why? Why do killers have to relearn the game after every single patch, while survivors havent had a major meta change in years? Every major nerf expands this question, as the skill gap gets wider and wider, why are killers expected to play at a mastered level of play, while survivors who run in a straightline towards every pallet to drop it instantly, get no changes to their gameplay challenge?

I'm quite sure they haven't made any map smaller, they removed some infinites. I don't remember any note talking about map size.

Yes, it is. However, you don't earn enough blood points when the 4 survivors get out, because you have to use (expensive) addons that finally spoil all the fun of playing killer. Yes, because today the problem with killers is... like the Nurse, if you don't master it without addons... it's ruined (how much I spend on BP for his plaid...) ! I'm not talking about the cosmetics you buy for a killer who ends up in the trash because the killer has become frustrated...
Dwight's perk for the generators doesn't help !
When a killer becomes frustrating but we don't want to leave because we only know him what happens ?
Camping - Tunnel - Noed - Cave = rage of the survivors !
Why Leatherface is nerf ? Because the killers have been camping because of the generators and the tbag at the exit doors. Now with the nerve of Hillbilly and LF get ready for an extreme camp with many, many killers !

Swamp maps used to be much bigger. They also shrunk one of the Auto Haven maps. Can't remember which one at the moment. Though the Yamoka and Red Forrest maps definitely need to be shrunk. Also Ormand and some of the corn maps.

Okay SO... you know how it reduces your stagger when you fall and then gives you a sprint burst? Even after you got the sprint burst, BL used to give you the stagger reduction at all times. That perk made Haddenfield the single worst killer map in the game IMO

oh so they removed the stagger removal effect at all time if you are exhausted or something , if i understand well , thats kinda ######### for such a situational perk but oh well

They may not have to start from scratch, but it does take a consderable effort to change playstyles while survivors havent had big gameplay changes

lol shut up and learn how to read please. Survivors have had to adapt to a lot of changes over the years. Or maybe you weren't around for the era when Sloppy Butcher got buffer at the SAME TIME that Self Caring and healing got their nerfs...... But yeah, no major meta changes for survivors. Or when Exhaustion got nerfed because it used to recharge even while you were running. There were definitely no meta changes after that *rolls eyes*

It's not about ignoring other opinions. It's about the fact that the OP pointing out changes to both sides and you took that and completely ignored it (which makes you saying that I ignored different opinions ironic) and decided to whine about how one side of the game is supposedly under attack while nothing happens to the other which is a ridiculous statement

Completely agreed, everyone was saying nurse was gonna be f tier meanwhile good nurses can easily get 4 kills every game. Or when doc got changed "OMG THEY NERFED DOC ######### ARE THEY DOING THE DEVS HAVE NO CLUE etc" just cuz now Billy requires a little more skill doesn't mean its the end of the world, the cooldown is barely more than 10 seconds and u are a 115 killer during that time anyway. Either relearn Billy or stop crying and leave, its just annoying when the devs are trying to make the game more fun and fair and all u hear is just babies crying

If people want the games they play to be fair I wouldn't say that's being entitled.
In fact I think the labelling of "entitled" opinions defeats the purpose of criticism from the PTB.
All I'm going to say is that if these changes go ahead I will hardly ever play Billy.
In terms of Bubba I feel like the changes has made him more complex in return for very little.
The add ons for these two killers are either terrible, strip away playstyle or just have no reason to exist.

What do you mean the survivors have not had a major meta change in years? that's just completely ignoring changes to infinites, god loops, various perks (sabo in specific) and the introduction of killers that completely shift the ways in which survivors have to play.

Billy can't use his chainsaw multiple times to either move or down a survivor within quite a long length of time.
And bubba has to time every charge very precisely using the small icons on the bottom left of the screen. Basically you can't even look at what you're chasing if you want to use your power.
The fact that you're acting like this is no big deal is evident that you probably don't see how disadvantageous these changes are.

I understand how disadvantageous they are and in the case of Billy, I believe that disadvantage is perfectly fair and justified. What other killer has the level of map transversal, an instadown attack, and is a pallet deleter? The answer is none. The closest you get is Oni with Blood Fury and he has to put in work to get that.
After he transverses the map in 3 seconds, there should be some time before he can use just instantly down you. And actually, moving across the map only uses roughly 40% of the heat meter? So technically he still can if he catches someone out of position. The only difference now is he can't spam it.
For Bubba, I think that complaint is legitimate. It should definitely be more visible.

You fail to see the outcome of Billy in PTB. The function of his chainsaw to "delete pallets" eats into his power and results in him getting further towards overheating from breaking the pallet alone. After he breaks the pallet he can't use his power unless he wants to lose it through overheat.
For you to discredit my criticism apart from the visibility of the charges on Bubba tells me that you have no or very little gameplay sense when playing killer.

That was exactly the point of my comment. He shouldn't be able to transverse the map, have an attack that deletes pallets, and still be able to just spam it as much as he wants. No other killer has that kind of power.
I also don't see where I discredited what you said. I just stated my opinion on how I believed the changes were fair. But I guess I reached rank 1 killer and got all the adepts except for 3 by having no gameplay sense as killer. We'll go with that

No, you discredited my criticism of the changes to Billy, if that was based on your opinion you still discredited mine in doing so.
What you fail to grasp about Billy is that pre Ptb his chainsaw was used to move around and down survivors. Now it must be used on one or another but extremely sparsely.
Ripping out the thing which makes Billy different in his own way will make him just as bad as the rest of the cast.
Bubba isn't a lost cause because he was pretty bad anyway but time and time again we keep seeing decent killers get butchered. In your eyes it's always deserved because they were strong anyway but you never acknowledge what lengths are just too far.

Maybe I said it in a different thread but I did say somewhere that the time it takes for the chainsaw the cool down is harsh. The numbers there should be adjusted.
And again, I'm not failing to grasp what it was used for. I understand completely how it was used and am saying that it's a lot more fair now that it takes some resource management for him to cross the map and instadown people with no downside.
