Tome 4 and Rift
Did they add the new rift to this patch? Or are we having to wait until it releases on live client?

It's not available this time.
Which isn't entirely surprising; there was a lot of downtime between Rifts 2 and 3, and the last one only just ended. So Rift 4 is probably a bit further away than the mid-chapter update.

More like they don't want leakers getting ahold of anything these days. These last two PTBs have been dry when it comes to datamining.

They haven't even announced the next survivors/killers for the rift because the last one just ended. Putting it in ptb would've spoiled that.

Possibly, and yes, it really sucks not being able to see any of the upcoming cosmetics anymore. OTOH, I'm not ruling out the possibility that they actually don't have everything finished or assembled like they did in the past because of COVID. Who knows...

Even if leaked putting it in PTB makes reveal marketing department put together completely worthless. Atleast if not officially confirmed in PTB they haven't wasted time for marketing department.

The skins are complete. You can see Jane's and the Clowns in the "Redeem a Code" screen they showed. They just haven't been putting them in the files until the actual update.

I mean the leakers are still able to data mine stuff it's just that they don't seem to put the actual skin files in ptb anymore.
The names and descriptions of some of the Skins have already been datamined

Yes, this collection Greek Legends should be amazing. Especially the legendary skin Minotaur on Oni.
