Okay, you can cry about the Billy nerf now.
It's way overtuned. If you also don't like it, please let the devs know in ptb feedback! If you do like it, you can of course do the same thing, but I'd genuinely take some time to play Billy then reconsider.

It's much worse than I thought it would be. If you don't use double overheat add-ons you have to play him like a rank 10 noob. I feel like crying.

I’ve seen red rank Billys play much the same way as before. He’s not THAT different.

I’m on PS4 so I can’t play the ptb but from all the streamers I’ve watched they all said this is a huge nerf and he is add on reliant now

hes completely broken, you cant objectively test him on the PTB, the curve with him is so bad because the ping is 300+, its a 1 second delay or something from when the chainsaw rev bar gets full to the chainsaw sprint initiates making him soo much harder to use than he is on live. the over heat continues even when you let go of the rev so if a survivor jumps in a locker or vaults a window, drops and stuns you your chainsaw overheats still. dont know if thats intended or a bug. you can still snowball but its frustrating to deal with the latency on the chainsaw sprint, curving is horrendous and his movement is soo stiff and weird, most of his addons are useless, even for billys who didnt use addons are gonna get frustrated with how unforgiving his base kit is now, I never liked insta saw or double engravings crack billy, or infectious fright slug billys, but this is horrible to play.
