Why would you say no arguments on an opinion thread with potentially endless counter-points? Kind of defeats the purpose of this discussion. Its not such a simple subject that you can just say "yes/no"
While a killer that has cross-map mobility and a one-hit down could use some resource management, the fact that you straight up can't hold down the rev is painful to billy at jungle gyms and the like. Really hurts his mindgame potential.

His snowball potential did need a nerf. He might have been balance at the beginning of the game but with all the maps nerf and other survivor nerf he got more and more unbalanced. I think they need to tweak the number so the cooldown is less punitive but the nerf was needed in my opinion. I wish the addons provided real alternative gameplay and not just stuff people will never use.
