Why not just add the overheat mechanic to the charge addons and leave billy's basekit alone. Simple Problem solved now theres a downside to using two charge addons and there is a downside to using one in general meaning you would overheat.

    Those would be the most complicated addons ever then. Nah there are better fix options imo
