Nerf doc pls

DOCTOR IS STUPID

3 seconds without being able to jump windows / pallets, drop pallets and use dead hard and if you are crazy 3 you cannot heal, make a generator or use an item. The only thing I can do is alt + f4

Dude, there aren't enough generators in the map. I must make more, but doctor prevents that. What a dick.

or you can sit and snap out of it if you know the killer isn't really around, the constant terror sound was confusing to me at first after coming back after years but that's all you really gotta do is to literally just "snap out of it" once you hit madness 3 and try to not miss the skillcheck since that makes you yelp and shows him where you are. I also learned to not trust pallets while above madness 1. without that, the doc would be crap, it's what he has going for him being able to free up a perk slot and put something where he'd have maybe a second aura or the plague girl's scream perk otherwise as another killer. Some of the addons are also quite nice, and you learn to remember which pallets were used eventually once you faced him enough times. Playing him might help make it easier to go agaisnt him, although a lot of them I see are using monitor and not play entirely the same as mine. I extend his radius for the big shock rather than try and shrink it, which often works well for me.

I actually prefer to Not use monitor and abuse (I prefer to use that on stealth to shake things up or guys with a smaller natural radius like the deathslinger which I'm not too good with yet but might try out more soon), I use distressing instead on my doc to extend the reach of the big shock and build up madness in them all more quickly as well as see which gens need a hittin with less walk time around the map. Plus faster bloodpoints in case it's gonna be one of those short games and not in my favor. But surprisingly, I do decently with doctor. I even made a guy dc earlier lmao. The distressing combined with the big shock must be real annoying I'll give you that. But the big shock has a long cooldown though.

I sometimes used it after a hook just to see if anybody was hanging around for the save (if it wasn't a spot where shock therapy and saving it works better around small placements near the hook or lockers shock therapy also makes them yelp through) or to see if it was safe to run to a gen if not get another guy that was hoping for a save. But against some teams I need it to shake them off a gen (sometimes they'll scatter like roaches, though I know at least one or two hang around if I go for somebody else) or to find the next guy to go after or even a guy who's already been hooked once or twice. depends on how the match is going, I also mix it up in between but with distressing I tend to throw it often off cooldown if I'm not in a chase already since it wastes a lot of their time snapping out of it and helps to keep on a guy frequently without needing to use so many perks for aura besides bbq and something like surveillance or discordance for extra security.

also the guy that said drop the pallet early is good advice, if you're running for the pallet in a chase with madness building up it's a bad idea since it often ain't gonna work for you. I had to stop relying on pallets against him during a chase as a survivor lol. Playing as him you can see them lit up and maybe get it drilled into your brain a bit better for the next time you play survivor and face one so you're thinking about it while playing.

Im new compare to other 200000000000000h players here, but even i know this is most stupid thing to do - waste of a pallet. :/

And the new tactic is to just drop and run anyways. Drop, run to next pallet, drop right before the Killer gets there, drop and repeat. Despite wasting pallets for the other teammates, this seems to work because gen speed is totally not an issue.

This is not a stupid thing to do, because greeding pallets against a Doctor is what gets you killed. And it's also to play around spirit fury if you see the killer has enduring. If they are running enduring it's safe to make the assumption they have spirit fury too, so dropping the pallet early prevents spirit fury from ever activating.

Edit: Actually for the record, greeding pallets against a lot of killers will get you killed. Freddy, Clown, Demo, Deathslinger, PWYF Bubba etc.

Like i said, i dont have 1000000 hours, but after my stunning 100 i NEVER, even once, seen Spirit Fury perk in use. And i beat you know why. :)

Even if SP perk was usable, droping pallets it is a waste, because killer will usually check sound so you have to run away, and if you will be somewhere else, he will just kick pallet, and you will never use it. Waste x2 - pallet and your time. Seriously dude, even i know pallets are to stun killer, with that you have a chance to escape.

And anyway, i never know who im fighting so droping pallets randomly seems even more dumb; and when it is a Doctor, i just give up anyway to save my time, no point of fighting him.

Ok I think you misunderstood what we mean by dropping the pallet early. You do it while in a chase to create distance and force the killer to kick it. You don't have to run away from a loop, you can use it as well as you can until you have to drop the pallet, and this entirely depends on the killer you're playing against. Forcing a killer to kick a pallet at a moderately safe loop IS using the pallet, because you're wasting their time if they think they can catch you on it. 9 times out of 10 they won't if you're paying attention.

And once you start to play against good killers they'll catch on to what you're doing, and you won't just be able to "stun killer, run away instantly without looking" because this can get you hit quite easily depending on the pallet. Can't tell you how many times I've seen a survivor instantly hold W in the opposite direction of a pallet just because they got a stun on me, and then I hit them less than 10 seconds later because they expected me to break the pallet straight away.
