flashlight stops randomly

has anybody else getting this problem where you hold a flashlight on (for example) a pickup save and it randomly stops typically towards the end right before you get the blind. been happening to me on like 1/6 lights and its super weird. i dont think its my mouse either

    Maybe deep down you realize you actually enjoy watching the pain and suffering of others.
