What is everyones opinion?what do you run with it?
i find it very useful.its on me 24/7.it has saved me so many times .especially great with q&q as a synergy perk even though i dont use q&q

Super useful against any killer.
Gotta pay attention to if the killer is using stridor.

It's a great perk. When I do run it I usually pair it with Q&Q and Headon.

I became addicted to iron will, its really good. The best its that you cant say anything about it, it isnt a second chance perk, its a fair one.
Its like inner strength, another fair and not op perk imo.
Also you dont need to pair iron will with other perks, but i also use OoO with it. Good times.

I don't like running it. Not to sound like and edgelord but I kind of like the injured sounds survivors make, it adds to the immersion.
As a killer, damn, it's one of the most annoying perks out there, like, doctor levels of annoying.

Reduced by 100%. The heavy breathing is part of the sounds.
I use it a lot, along with Calm Spirit. I like to stay silent.

Best survivor perk imo. I honestly don't understand how people can play without it.
