How do I report on PS4 now?

There used to be a thumbs up button next to their names, but after the recent patch it doesn't appear at all even if I hover the cursor over that area. All there is is a customer support thing at the top which doesn't have anything to do with reporting. (and to get it out of the way, yes I am a ps4 skrub, no I won't get a pc).

    Nevermind. After about 20 minutes of leaving it on the end screen the thumbs up/down finally appeared out of nowhere. That doesn't seem right.

    I did, I just don't know where to send it off to. I just reported it in game, but I know for a fact that isn't going to do anything. Would you happen to know where I can send the video off to?

      A survivor and a Michael were teaming. The guy would get me off the hook right in front of him and block my way if I tried to use a pallet or run. Michael wouldn't hit him and the guy just kept getting us off the hook in front of him. Then Michael let him get the hatch after everyone was dead.
