Illegal or legal camping

Camping is illegal when 5 gen are not done yet, but camping is absolutely fine when 5 gens are done. There are so much salty survivor that still want to farm when 5 gen are doen and 1 person is camped, then they get 4k cuz of their stupid mind, then they said"f**king camper". What? Camping is forgivable when the killer is losing you get 4k cuz you are stupid, still trying to save the last person without bt or ds

    Camping when gens done is acceptable. Camping at the very beginning of the game? Unacceptable.
