Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

T-shirt Twitch For Streamers

Well, I have a suggestion and I would sincerely like it to be discussed among the team, as I think it would add value to all game content creators.

Why not create objective criteria to reward those who advertise and, in a way, have an indirect partnership with BHVR?

I think the following ideas are feasible:

- Channels already confirmed on twitch.

- Minimum number of subscribers on the twitch channel. Example: Have at least 100 subscribers on the channel.

- Dead By Daylight content time (either on the twitch, on YouTube, or another broadcast platform). Example: At least 2 years creating content on a regular basis.

- Game hours. Example: Have at least 4 thousand game hours.

- Prestige 3 in the characters Dwight and Meg Thomas.

These are some criteria that could be imposed for requesting the shirt. I believe that giving the shirt means much more than a simple cosmetic. This can encourage existing creators to keep growing, and encourage more people to want to work with it. Not to mention, of course, the natural encouragement of the game itself.

What do you think about this idea?

Thank you very much for the reply.

I am looking forward to hearing the team's opinion.

They already do get perks, they get fed bloodpoints.... or at least they used to.

To many criterias. And majority doesn't want to use them anyway because a Twitch shirt cosmetic gets targeted by killers (camp, tunnel, mori) and noone wants to show this to his own viewers.

I'm actually wondering why dbd hasn't released the youtube shirt yet. They have them in the gamefiles but haven't gave it to anyone

I am a Mixer refugee on Xbox who now has just started on Twitch, so much of that criteria is way far off or impossible because the game hasn't been on console that long. I might, might be able to squeak out the YouTube portion barely. Kinda wondering how others without a PC would view this.

As far as increasing a killer's ire wearing such cosmetics as DwightOP mentions, I'd think that is very likely as well but view it as a risky fun challenge. "Defend the Shirt" or something!

There already is criteria in place for getting a Twitch shirt as a Streamer, it's not something that's randomly handed out.

It's something that's handled on a case by case basis.

Exactly, so this pleople that don't have more than "1000 subs or 5 views" (etc.) don't deserve the shirt. As he said, this is not for everybody that starts a channel but for those who really spend time creating content and have a public.

as I said, this shirt is an exclusive skin, if you're small in this community, you don't deserve it. Sorry! It's not made as a reward for small creator, it's for the big ones. Work harder. GG <3

it used to be do dbd content on a regular basis have a certain (i belive it was 500 follower) number of followers. And than request one and someone might check by your stream to check if its legit and than give it to you.

But they changed to and now its a secret
