T-shirt Twitch For Streamers
Well, I have a suggestion and I would sincerely like it to be discussed among the team, as I think it would add value to all game content creators.
Why not create objective criteria to reward those who advertise and, in a way, have an indirect partnership with BHVR?
I think the following ideas are feasible:
- Channels already confirmed on twitch.
- Minimum number of subscribers on the twitch channel. Example: Have at least 100 subscribers on the channel.
- Dead By Daylight content time (either on the twitch, on YouTube, or another broadcast platform). Example: At least 2 years creating content on a regular basis.
- Game hours. Example: Have at least 4 thousand game hours.
- Prestige 3 in the characters Dwight and Meg Thomas.
These are some criteria that could be imposed for requesting the shirt. I believe that giving the shirt means much more than a simple cosmetic. This can encourage existing creators to keep growing, and encourage more people to want to work with it. Not to mention, of course, the natural encouragement of the game itself.
What do you think about this idea?
Thank you very much for the reply.
I am looking forward to hearing the team's opinion.

They already do get perks, they get fed bloodpoints.... or at least they used to.

To many criterias. And majority doesn't want to use them anyway because a Twitch shirt cosmetic gets targeted by killers (camp, tunnel, mori) and noone wants to show this to his own viewers.
I'm actually wondering why dbd hasn't released the youtube shirt yet. They have them in the gamefiles but haven't gave it to anyone

I am a Mixer refugee on Xbox who now has just started on Twitch, so much of that criteria is way far off or impossible because the game hasn't been on console that long. I might, might be able to squeak out the YouTube portion barely. Kinda wondering how others without a PC would view this.
As far as increasing a killer's ire wearing such cosmetics as DwightOP mentions, I'd think that is very likely as well but view it as a risky fun challenge. "Defend the Shirt" or something!

There already is criteria in place for getting a Twitch shirt as a Streamer, it's not something that's randomly handed out.
It's something that's handled on a case by case basis.

MandyTalk, are you sure about it?
I contact BHVR and that was not the answer given.
What are these criteria? I think it's very positive that there are objective criteria, but they should be exposed, precisely so that we, content creators, can reach and request this t-shirt.
Moreover, i know two Brazilian streamers who own the t-shirt and, well, they won by having direct contact with a former member of BHVR. Not that they have no merit, but that was not the criterion, but because they had a direct contact as i said. Of course, i won't name their names for obvious reasons.

Exactly, so this pleople that don't have more than "1000 subs or 5 views" (etc.) don't deserve the shirt. As he said, this is not for everybody that starts a channel but for those who really spend time creating content and have a public.

But let's talk about criteria.
Over 3 years playing DBD. Content creation since i started playing, adding more than 500 videos with tips for beginners/intermediate in the game. Creation of 3 championships, with prizes. 261 lives on Youtube, 80 lives on Twitch (my current broadcast platform). I won a partnership with Twitch with less than 5 months, which show that i already have some influence here in Brazil within the DBD community. I have 5.000 hours of gameplay. I'm one of the 150 top killers in the world. All my characters (survivors and killers) in prestige 3 with all game's perks unlocked. Over 1.4 million views on Youtube, 250.000 hours watched. What else do i need to receive the Twitch T-shirt? Are these criteria shallow or is BHVR simply unaware? I don't think BHVR has a duty to get to know everyone, as it would be something bordering on impossible.
However, honoring someone who tries to get in touch by requesting a skin that, by the way, promotes the game even more and encourages more players to create content seem to me to be minimal.

as I said, this shirt is an exclusive skin, if you're small in this community, you don't deserve it. Sorry! It's not made as a reward for small creator, it's for the big ones. Work harder. GG <3

it used to be do dbd content on a regular basis have a certain (i belive it was 500 follower) number of followers. And than request one and someone might check by your stream to check if its legit and than give it to you.
But they changed to and now its a secret
