green inferno. Some parts were a bit goofy, like when the heavy guy was cooked and it looked like a rubber fat suit on a stick, but other parts were ######### sick

House of 1000 Corpses. It wasn’t scary. It wasn’t good. It somehow made it to cinemas and I gave it an honest chance, but I walked out a little more than halfway through. The disturbing part to me was that it was actually made, someone went through the trouble to produce it, some weirdo wrote it, and that there were actually other people in the theater who (loudly and proudly) enjoyed it! Sometimes, it’s humanity that’s disturbing!

The Bunny Game. What the @%$& was the idea to do something like that??

The Human Centipede (first movie) takes something from you after watching it, but The Bunny Game is ... no.

As for horror, Hereditary. That scene f*#$ed me up GOOD for a week. If you've seen hereditary, you know what scene I'm talking about. Actually probably not there's like 3.

US. Not that the film is overly gorey or anything, but HOLY #########! That ending is absolutely terrifying to think about. Honourable mentions: Cannibal holocaust. Obvious reasons. Human centipede is supposed to make people squeamish. Terrifier. You know what scene makes that film disturbing.

The Stepfather (2009) cause the film is about a serial killer on America’s most wanted who dodges police when going from state to state.Who preys on divorced and widowed women with children in places like grocery stores and hardware shops.Marries them months later something snaps in his mind one day and kills his step wife and kids when they don’t match his standards of what he considers a perfect stepfamily and moves on to find another woman with children.

I'd have to honestly go with dogtooth solely for that teeth scene, yikes. That or maybe tumbling doll of flesh.

When I was a kid, around 6 years old:

-Jaws (The music, the unseen enemy, being consumed...and it could happen).

-Halloween (The music, the camera angles, the darkness, the souless killer...and again...it could happen).

-Don't Be Afraid Of The Dark (Genuinely creepy with a hopeless ending).

-The Dark Night Of The Scarecrow (Depressing imagery and a dreadful feeling of pending doom).

-Tales That Witness Madness (A complete and total mind flip. Messed up).

Saw. I was barely able to handle the first one, had to walk out on the second one and never tried to watch any others ever again. My stomach couldn't handle any of the gruesome scenes. I have a very vivid imagination so I sometimes instinctively cringe when I see something gory. There was a scene where a body was hung up on chains with a hook or something going through their mouth and out the bottom of the jaw. I was able to taste the metal in my mouth the moment I saw that and was like nope, nah uh, this ain't for me.

Some of the later Saw films really go all out with the toture and gore.

Perfect viewing for a rainy sunday afternoon 😉

No thanks, I’d rather watch paint dry or even walk down a narrow hallway littered with legos.
