Do you prefer survivor or killer ?

I prefer survivor. Less toxic encounters and I have more fun. I was like F it recently with playing as killer. Wasn't having fun anymore and got tired of toxic survivors teabagging and stuff. Some streamers like Olympian Tier Scott with Huntress says he sucks as Survivor.

    Survivor.

Honestly, killer stresses me the hell out. 1 person against 4. Trying to stop gen rushing. Patrolling while also chasing. Knowing when to stop a chase if it’s gone on for too long. Etc. Not to mention the toxic survivors you’ll inevitably face. Survivors deal with their fair share of crap too but I gotta commend killers who push through all that.

    Killer.

Less stress, I control the match.

I control how long I want it to last. I control whether I'm to be hated at the end of the match or if everyone Loves me.

I control if I give 4 survivors a great match to remember, and I control whether they'll hate themselves for the rest of the day.

Honestly? Killer. It feels more rewarding, even if 2 out of 10 games are a sweaty match with no kills I still find it more enjoyable.

I feel that each time I play survivor it's a massive gamble with my teammates, now that the DC penalty is disabled pricks are once again disconnecting for dumb reasons.

"Oh no, the killer hit me. DC"

"Oh no, the killer has NOED. DC"

"Oh no, I am an idiot and I want to screw over my teammates. DC"

Its absolutely annoying. And don't get me started on teammates that let you die on first hook, it happens way more than i'd like

    Survivor.

Not a huge fan of killer gameplay in general but would definitely play more if the queue times were shorter and if I actually got survivors around my skill level. It's either too easy or too hard, I rarely play with survivors that I should be playing with.

Usually killer but I play both sides almost equally. (I'm solo)

Killer is more interesting IMO 'cause they are different, obviously. I also prefer to watch a streamer who plays killer most of the time, because survivors are boring for me to watch at. Only if you want to learn something as a survivor.

Killer is a more responsible role, sometimes more stressful for me, but also enjoyable in its uniqueness I guess.

    Survivor

Cuz I found playing the killer rather boring, much more fun not getting caught / running away from the Killer than killing the survivors.

What the f*ck are you doing to not suffer at the hands of gen rushers. & Survivors are usually salty no matter what. What’s your secret

Playing killer at times can be the most frustrating ######### thing, yet I somehow find myself liking that ######### show more than survivor somehow. I must be touched in the head 😅

    Survivor.

Killer can be a tad stressful at times.

It's all down to player behaviour/attitudes.

I just find Survivor more fun. Even when I lose, I have fun. Like a recent match, my team sucked. We were on Ormond against a max level and bloody Ghostface. 2 went down quickly. I looped this guy it seemed for ages all over the map so that the other survivor could finish the last gen and open the door too. They didn't cause they were panicking. Come to find out that while I was distracting the killer, the other teammate screwed me by using a key to escape. I was injured and right as I was about to escape (after doing all the work on gens), he got me. It was a fun match though and he was good.

It depends on my mood. Guess could say I prefer survivor since I play survivor more. I mostly play solo survivor so I find it more challenging since have less control over a match. I like the having to change up my game play on the spot depending on killer and team I'm matched up with.

As killer I have more control over a match so I play that when I feel like relaxing. When I'm killer I enjoy doing things like playing as Ghostface marking people to watch them scatter until they start to feel comfy then I down them. Or as Trapper seeing how many ways I can get people to step in multiple traps - one of my favorites was a jungle gym window/doorway combo where a person stepped in one, got out, and then stepped in the other one like a foot away. I'm more satisfied getting one kill from just messing around than I am sweating for a 4k.

    Both. For chillng survivor.

But I also like playing the killer, playing survivor over and over is boring and vice versa.

I will be honest here. I feel I am a killer main at heart, but often when I sit do0wn to play, I just go,... "eh Im gonna play survivor and bit and chill"

I love the killer side, am finishing up p3ing my killers, only the ones I dont play remain un-p3ed, but often I just want to chill and run around as Adam, still get 23k and no stress.

Lately, out of ten matches 2 are killer and 8 surv.

I like both and enjoy the fact that there are two sides to the game and that the experience is quite different for both. I’d get bored out of my skull if I only played survivor, and I’d stop enjoying the game if I only played killer. Being able to switch back and forth keeps the game fun for me.

Killer. As frustrating and bad matches can be it is still much more fun overall than survivor.

Survivor. Killer can be a lot of fun, but I laugh a lot more playing survivor, and like many said it's over all less stressful. Feels more like a 1 v 1 where as killer is always a 1 v 4. Plus, survivor has so many different perk combinations I can toy with. Killer has a lot less room for creativity, since with some I feel I need the meta to win.

Killer, but most of the Time I play during Daytime in Europe where Killer Queues take Ages. So I can't even really play Killer because I usually get up pretty early, so staying till late Night isn't an Option if I go to Work.

Survivor. More fun, less stressful, and I enjoy the varity of facing different killers.

As killer I really only have a lot of fun playing Myers.

I used to be a survivor main when I started playing in 2017. I just found the idea of being hunted / chased more thrilling. Currently I’m rank 1 again on both sides but I’m leaning more towards enjoying killer. Mostly because I seem to either get useless teammates or camping / tunnelling killers. Whereas when I play killer I don’t have to rely on anybody else for me to have a good match. I would definitely recommend playing both sides. As being a good survivor also made me a good killer. You need to know how both sides work. I can often predict what a killer / survivor is going to do before they do it. As I just think what I’d do in the same scenario and 9/10 it works like a charm.

I think after the release of Mr. YeeHaw is when I really started to become more killer sided. As he’s so fun to play as. I feel like I’m playing a FPS and a horror game at the same time. Two of my loves combined into one. Perfect.

Sadly survivor. The matchmaking for Killer is so broken that as a level 9 Killer I'm either being matched with people far more experienced than me, or people that just started playing. At least with survivor I run the chance of similar experienced gamers watching my back (which even then isn't always the case😕).

Survivor but only because I find Killer to be such an infuriating and stressful experience. I'd love to play more Killer but I rarely feel like I am having fun.

I like both. Survivor because I can find matches quickly. Killer because I get sick of not being able to play the game because of stupid decisions my teammates make.
