I wouldn't mind a "SWF" right next to their nametags to indicate they are in fact with friends. 🤔

But without it then i wont be able to dodge an obvious hacker when see someone with legacy and look at their profile and they have played 10 hours of DBD

My god most of these comments are so one sided. "Killers should be able to dodge bullies/SWF etc" goes both sides may I remind you. Then why don't we let survivors killer profiles too so they know when they are facing mori users or iridescent head using huntresses. Contrary to the general opinion, survivors aren't the "evil side" who does the only bullying. But we can't give both sides this much of information, even survivors being able to see each others ranks around a year ago caused so many lobby dodgers and such long queue times. If you really wanna make it viable and fair, neither side should know much about what they are facing.

No, those that leave a negative impression are like this, but that doesn't make "most" groups like this. It's just that killers remember these groups, because it's obvious that they are swf. I bet my ass that most swf groups forever remain unrecognized, because they play normally. My group of three for example would never be accused of being swf because we are so bad, we die almost every match :) and are red ranks though. When I play killer, I sometimes try to tell if ppl are swf, and honestly, most times I can only tell when it's the typical toxic group. I'm not saying that these people aren't a problem, I'm just saying that I find it dumb to speak of "most" when it's in reality "some".

Since when has calling out bully tactics been an agenda in one camp or another? If a killer bragged about 4k slugging, I'd call them out on it as well. It's simply easier to do with SWF, because it's more blatant. I have no issue with people playing with their friends. I take issue when it's weaponized to make another player feel like crap, all in the name of 'playing with their friends.'

Yeah ok he brought 3 petrified oaks but what if it's because hooks are extremely close together already why assume the worse? Also sabo isnt even good anymore it's really bad having to prep hooks was way better and if you watched "the legend of sawdette" by painreliever you could see why.

Sabo is 'good' when you have a SWF that can coordinate. Petrefied Oak makes it much easier to coordinate that, since more time is given to actually do the action. Sure, by itself, sabo isn't very good on solo. Again, voice comms makes all the difference.

I had some trouble deciding which of your posts to quote but based on your replies in this thread you don't have the best attitude out there. I understand you're upset because you probably had to wait a long time for a killer lobby but that's still no reason to pretend that the game will die without swf's, etc, etc. There are plenty of solo survivors out there.

You call half a gen solo in 15 seconds bad? In a game where there are 4 survivors to complete 5 objectives vs 1 killer who needs to complete 12 objectives?

And arguments like "you didn't get to bully a killer :(" are okay? Both sides have some entitled ######### that our loud and it actually feels like the community is toxic but i believe there is more chill and normal people its just that they our not loud about stuff.

It's quite simple though. He left because he assumed the worst and you can't blame him, i've played against 4 petrified oaks in customs and it's just annoying.
a lot of killers do just play to chill so why not dodge. Everybody just assumes the worst every time because the community is so #########. I had a killer leave on me and some friends because of 4 luck offerings in a game where we were literally gonna suicide to try to get unhooks ourselves. He just said swf ######### dealing with that.

Also There are less normal people in this community then toxic #########. I dont know why i would get a bad message every game if it wouldnt be. But maybe its just the ps4 community, dont know

Looking at someones account shows their trophies and how good they are. I don't see why this should be removed. Its like having a team full of flashlights and not showing their items. This gives the killer an idea to know what their up against.

The game is 4v1...
the killer gets to see you and your items for strategic purposes. You don’t need to see the killer, you have 3 other players to cover your misplays.
Example: If you’re attempting Adept Hag as a killer, you may want to dodge a lobby with 3-4 flashlights.

I guess you didn't understand me correctly. Its okay for killers to see characters and their items, not their profiles on Steam. That's what this is all about.
