New matchmaking is terrible

I am a level 16 killer, have only played Freddy max 5 times and those were all September 2019 or earlier. Today I thought I would give him a try since I've been struggling with my main since the new matchmaking rules. In 3 games I was paired up with 1 1 2 15, 2 2 3 7 and 1 1 2 2... How do they possibly think this system is working properly?

Sorry, new to forums and how they work. Yes, I play on Xbox. I can tell it's SWF as well because of how they coordinate gens, etc.
