My DS rework idea

Hello, this is my first post but I do play both sides equally and I think this is a good rework for DS. Let me know what you think about this.

Decisive Strike:

After being unhooked or unhooking your self Decisive Strike activites. Decisive Strike stays activited untill a survivor other then you is hooked. Missing the Decisive Strike skill check will deactivate Decisive Strike. If you hit the skill check, the killer will be stunned for 5 seconds and you will have the broken status effect for 120/90/60 seconds.

Decisive Strike will not activite during the end game collapse.

not a fan of perks with a cost. If that’s the case, everytime a killer pops a gen they should lose 5% speed for 120/90/60 seconds. Killer would then be more incentivized to camp you

You as a killer could chase multiple people in the meantime and will still have to eat the DS one and a half minutes after, because you "tunneled".

The proper solution to DS has been talked about for so long and I don't understand, why it is not already implemented:

As soon as you start an interaction such as repairing, cleansing, saboing, healing or being healed, opening a chest or an exit - anything like that - DS runs out. Additionaly, some people suggested the timer should stop while in a chase, which makes sense, but that might bring back moonwalking killers so idk...
