Ring a ding ding baby, I have a few small game suggestions! (who doesn't?)
Alright so I myself have been opinionated on this site for a short period of time (sorry), and while playing the game and thinking on the turlet, I've come to about a few ideas that may simply add to the game in small ways, nothing big. Just things that might add too or remove annoying aspects.
- When a survivor is in a locker for a LONG period of time, crows may land on the top and even peck at the doors. This may already be a thing, apologies if it is.
- When the Gate starts to be powered, it will automatically continue powering until open when survivors are within a certain range of the door/lever. This way survivors can't bet on just leaving the door powered while at 95%. This is kind of big actually, maybe instead, making it so that the door automatically looses power when not being touched could be better.
- CHANGE FRED-naw I'm not gonna do that. Alright! My third idea is too...well actually, I'm currently out of ideas, I know I have some more...must have forgot. SO maybe you have some? If you do I'll replace this here and add yours! Good luck out there Fog Men/Women/Abominations!

Luckily the locker thing already exists. Definitely needed as it stalls the game.
I am interested in what brought you the perspective of the door opening. From my personal perspective, I think it is fairly balanced as it causes survivors to choose when to start the collapse. It allows them to outplay blood warden if needed. It is also pretty fair for the killers in my opinion as it gives them a lot of options in the endgame. Interest in your position.

Since both parties can interact with the exit gates (killers can open them too) I don't see much of an issue here.
Speaking about crows though... Ever had a game as a killer with one person afk at the start of the match? I'd usually just let them be, but the constant notifications get very annoying at some point. I think it should simply reveal the aura of afk players for as long as they don't move and only give that notification up to three times.

Thanks for showing interest! I personally just have a lot of experience with survivors (as a killer) whom get the gate to 90% and just mess around with me, since I don't use NOED I personally find this...irritating. So I thought that this could be a solution forcing survivors too chose between "should I leave?! Or save my friend back on the hook?".

The crow things is already in the game which is good, they just sit on top of the locker. The idea for the exit gate to continue going up I assume is to prevent 99% gates? If it is, I think the idea has the opposite effect than intended, if utilised it would be more beneficial as you could 95% gates, leave, then when you're running back it would automatically open for you, saving you distance and time. Still some decent ideas, at least they're not 'lets make it so billy can't run enduring' or 'you need 5 unhooks to activate unbreakable' or something.

Ah, thanks. Yeah I'm just used to survivors getting to a point at the gate where they'll sit there and butt dance too me, knowing I have no power. Of course these are kind of rare and just made me think "HEY, maybe if the gate could lose power or just open up it would force them suckas out!" Thanks for reading and commenting!
