DLC gone?

Hey so this isn't my first time with this problem. My DLC stuff just stops working and then will randomly work again. I play on Xbox, I have no updates needed, everything is installed. I have characters at high levels that I would like to play as but have no idea how to get it working. Does anyone else have any similar problems?

I own some from game share, of which are working fine and have never been an issue. Whenever I look at it via the store (missing ones) some will give me the option to buy, even though it says it's already installed.
