I got a new news message which says:

When I look in the store I see nothing

I doubt I've seen a lot of people using that skin, way more than jeffs skin, which imo looks better.

only people who use it have been doing the store glitch to use the head how they want
almost like thats the best part of the cosmetics, but BHVR is suffering and needs that extra $$$

They didn’t say it was free. They’re saying that she chose to do graffiti which is her FREE art therapy. You still have to pay for the cosmetic...

I actually quit wearing the outfit for now due to nearly every Nea I got matched with wearing it, so I doubt it's not selling well... 😋

@AngeloMerte @Buttercake I believe they added a tag to the collection. The Neon Swirl Collection because it was so popular, they might be adding more to it with different colors. Hope that helps.

because it isn't selling as well as they projected it would. yes, people are seeing lots of neas with the skin, but I'm sure they expected it to sell a lot more than it has.
IMO it would have sold more if they didn't link it together.

That’s doubtful. It’s the first linked set for an original character after all so it’s most likely selling like hot cakes.

yeah, me too, I'm sure it's selling very well but they might have expected better sales. we're just wondering why they readvertised it.

They probably just re-advertised it because 1 - They previously never did advertise it in the in-game news section, they just showed it off in the featured section of the store. And 2 - Because it's Friday and we usually get new cosemtics on Fridays but they don't have anything planned until the next update so they decided to advertise one of their newer (older) cosmetics.
