I know The Hillbilly and The Cannibal changes, but anything else? Is the hit validation and high tick rate to the servers coming? Thanks for any info, been MIA from the forums and can't find topics about this stuff.

Read that and was intrigued. I hope they're improved as much as they are for Killer side.

But then again I rather brighten scratches abit more. Especially in the corn. But saying this I'll assume I'll be bashed for it.

I just know that the server related things got deactivated during PTB because too buggy so I guess this will not be part of the next release

They said that they were planning to test them on the live servers when they cancelled the PTB test. As for when the test will take place is anyone's guess.
