Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

About sets

So I understand that linked sets open up the possibilities to what skins can me made in game however I feel like the sets really only affect the torso and legs for survivor and the head and body for killers. So would it be possible to only have those parts in linked sets linked cuz I can’t really imagine heads or weapons clipping all that much which is what linked sets get rid of. Plus I’m sure having at least those parts unlinked would at least help sell more to linked sets.

I totally agree. Being able to customize your characters has always been a huge part of dbd.

Only in the case of Nea it might work wrong to be able to change the hairstyle in her set.

But for example if we look at upcoming cosmetics (like Jane's Greek Cosmetic) it will be a set, but in my opinion they could make the hair being able to change.

Yeah its lowkey weird certain cosmetic, Nea hair or Legion bunny head clipping issues ain't as bad devs said it was, I guess it's a marketing way too sell whole skins instead of parts.
