There's already a skin called Mud Medusa which is kinda what you're talking about.

I mean like a proper medusa skin with actual snakes just because there's one with medusa in its name does not mean we can't get one with actual snakes moving around anything is possible. Plus Medusa was actually a well known part of greek mythology it would make sense to include her into the game.
Also great idea if they were to do a skin for it when she teleports the snakes eyes along with hags should all turn white like shes turning you to stone :)

There are snakes, they do move...at least i think their snakes? They def move

These kind of snakes minus the snake body of course unless behavior could find a way to make it work.
