Where do I submit footage of holding game hostage on PS4?

I have footage of the Killer and a Survivor just sandbagging me into the one room on Haddonfield where there is no windows for like 10 minutes. The just sat there trolling me. I healed him and then he just sat there and then the killer came and they both did the same. Just sat there and held game hostage. Is there a form to submit for people on PS4 yet?
