Legion has a new issue...
I don't know if this is due to the new perks or if it is a Legion problem specifically, but when I downed people with knockout, the screen darkened for around 30 seconds, as if I had left frenzy, making it harder to see. This makes Legion nearly unplayable if you don't have the experience already.
If anyone can clarify if this is a Legion issue or a perk issue, that would be great.

Probably hidden in the patch somewhere, just have no idea if it is a Legion issue or a Perk issue. : /

Should be posted in the bug reporting section, however i have noticed sort of the same effect with other killer's when they down with a M1. Randomly the entire screen darken's but not to the extent of legion or nurse's fatigue but close enough to be noticeable. Wasn't using knockout but theirs a chance it's a completely different issue, since it last's a lot shorter.

I wouldn't even know what to categorize the bug as: A legion issue, a perk issue... or a general killer issue, as you seem to imply here.
