Bubba facecamping nerf was a failure
I still can hold and leave M2 intermittently so the nerf was like 0.5secs slower and still can yummy facecamp!

I only camp as Bubba when all gens are done and I killed no one, so no complaining 🤣

The point wasn't necessarily to remove facecamping but to make him good enough that resorting to camping doesn't seem like the most appealing option. Literally every killer in the game can facecamp the same way with their power.
In all honesty with DBD all bad gimmicks in this game can only be removed by discouraging them by providing more appealing options. In the case of Bubba he's actually viable and doesn't need to camp now to secure those kills against decent players.

Yeah I rarely camped with him even with old build. New LF is a beast and much more fun in chase. I don’t have to be stuck to someone’s back now to get those chainsaw downs.
That said if we get 1/egc and I have only a couple of hooks I may pitch my tent.
also the bubba basement game is still a strong one.

You can no longer brainlessly hold m2 and wait for one to come, you have to keep it manually almost full. And even then, your bar will eventually be full and you enter tantrum. Yes you can still face cmap, but not with your chainsaw ready for infinfte time.
