Is the reporting system actually working?
We just ran in a person who was clearly working with the killer (OoO, Bond, droping all pallets, leading killer to survivor, body blocking windows, farming off hook.. the whole package ). According to steam, this is clearly not the first time he or she does it. So... is there actually a point reporting them? Would it help to send you evidence (Video for example?)
Same with flaming. I played with survivors and also killers who do it often, and they are still around. Stuff like "f your mother" and "get cancer" are harmless comments compared to what they frequently pull off.

Video evidence would definitely go a long way to getting them to take your report seriously.

Report them in the game. Make sure though it is really something reportable, some things are mild compared to other things. Then you can send in a support ticket under https://support.deadbydaylight.com with additional evidence. That needs to be included.

Shame the mod above you literally disproved that.
Flaming in endgame usually doesn't need a support ticket but it's best to do so. Everything else needs an i game report, support ticket, and video evidence. I've had people banned this way so it definitely works.
