Hag body called a "Teratoma"
That is absolutely not what a teratoma is.
A teratoma is a small tumor which contains formed tissue, which can be hair, muscle, bone and teeth etc. What that isn't is a different person growing as either a part of you or trying to "grow out of her" like the set says. It's not a proper body organised into limbs and a face, it's just a mess of random tissue. The largest one ever found was 45 centimeters, not someone with an arm growing out of their chest or a second face pushing out of their head.
This is a conjoined twin, or some strange mutation from whatever voodoo has distorted her body.
Please stop spreading the urban legend that a teratoma is a different person growing in you. Have a look at some pictures of them if you have a strong stomach.

In all seriousness though, it's a fictional game. A lot of the killers themselves are based on urban legend.

I think it's supposed to be like she had a Teratoma that morphed and grew out of control because she dabbled in "something" that her grandmother warned her not to. (Probably something along the lines of what made her like what she is in the Entity's realm)
I mean a Teratoma is usually what remains of what was supposed to be one's twin until it's subsumed by the stronger twin. So I mean, it was once upon a time supposed to technically be a person.
It's not supposed to be logical, it's supposed to be horrific.

I use urban legend in the sense that like half the time it comes up in medical shows they go "OH MY GOD YOU'RE GROWING ANOTHER PERSON WE HAVE TO GET IT OUT." That's not what it is and people need to stop spreading misinformation because clearly it's spreading to people like the devs.
