Overall this is a great tier list I would just change the Plague with the Demogorgon, Move the Wraith to "why would you play these killers" tier, and move the Legion to B+ tier. I assume you play on PC, but on console Legion is A tier and on PC I most of the time do well with him so just move him a bit, also I'm in red ranks in both platforms.

i only have wraith up at c cause of addons but i can see wym with plague and as for legion, i have him down there mainly due to the 4 second stun after his power gauge depletes and when he hits someone he loses a bit of his power, ik addons effect the stun a bit but its still pretty hefty

If you don't have good add-ons AND good perks to wraith he is really weak, same thing with Ghostface he can only be A tier if you got one of the recharge add-ons. As for Legion the add-ons make him recover 0.2/0.4/0.6 faster which is HORRIBLE, if you combine the green and purple add-ons you reduce his main weakness by 1/4 and that is pathetic. If you are considering add-ons you can put Myers to S tier (stalk rate + duration add-ons) and put Pig to A tier (head-pop add-ons).

shes rng based, i know her traps arent meant to kill but more add pressure but almost every time a survivor gets them off on their 1st or 2nd search for me which is still okay at best pressure but it isnt amazing, her dash is mainly utilized at short loops but if the loop is that short then whats the point? you can just hit em normally. although i have seen it come in use in other places but not often, i could see it being okay for mindgames too. trying to save stbfl stacks w/ it is a pretty good use as well. pig is best when she has 2 or more people with a trap on their head which still isnt the easiest. not to mention her addons might as well be nonexistent. thats what i think atleast

These don’t necessarily go in order from left to right.
S: Nurse, Hillbilly
A: Spirit, Oni, Hag
B: Doctor, Freddy, Ghostface
C: Huntress, Pyramid Head, Plague
D: Myers, Wraith, Demogorgon
E: Legion, Trapper, Clown, Pig
I left out new Bubba because it’s too early to place him and I don’t own Deathslinger so dont want to place him anywhere.
Maybe some should be moved about. Huntress, pyramid head snd demogorgon could move up a tier.

Hillbilly has a lot of counters so I would put him in A/B tier
Freddy can easily be A tier because he is very strong but unlike other strong killer he doesn't need ANY skill, you just spam polls and teleports
I would put Deathslinger in the B tier with Huntress
I think Ghostface without add-ons is C tier
As I mentioned before I whould put Legion in B or even A tier (at least on console and purple ranks on PC)
If you don't count a very good Nurse, Spirit is the best killer in the game

head pop addons dont really have much use on pig imo, the addon tampered timer makes it go from 2:30 to 2:00 which is still enough time to search all boxes unless u get a really ######### mothers dwelling, i can see ur point w/ myers but the only 2 addons thatll actually make him completely different is tombstone piece (better than tombstone) and tuft of hair, thats only 2 addons though so i bumped him from C to B, stalk addons are really nice too but not completely game changing

this tier list was a bit ago and if i remade it the one thing id change would b huntress up to s, it was 3 am and i was tired tho so i just went w/ it

Maybe some very small changes, but this is honestly extremely close to my tier list for the most part. Much closer than most the other lists I see people post on here.

Legion is low C. Pig High C. Clown high D/low C. These killers are good with the right setup imo

With Myers you can go with Tombstone Piece + Infinite T3 and Infectious Fright/ Knockout/ M&A/ Corrupt Intervention, you get to tier 3, down 2 survivors and mori the 3rd, done, this is the strongest build with Myers and make him at the level of a Nurse (after the add-on nerf) with an Ebony Mori. As for the Pig its IMPOSSIBLE to get to the 4th/ 5th box while using Tempered Timer + Crate of Gears or Jigsaw Sketch respectively (assuming the key its on the last box and you are on a medium sided map), but as you said above Pig is RNG depended, so even with this build all survivors can get it on the first time, but with just the minimal luck you will have a "guaranteed" head pop in every match.

i dont really count perks, just addons cause those are a part of the killer, perks are just there. and tombstone piece + infinite t3 would have a hella build up time. i could see where ur getting at w/ myers being higher tho. from my experience with pig ive had people search all boxes with tampered timer on like coldwind from what i remember. rng is fun

legion is only good against bad survivors who waste time healing and stay close to eachother, if everyone split up and ignore healing and push gens he got pretty much nothing going for him no snowball no pressure nothing. Clown is not even close to F you can make a lot of fancy plays with him. Most Clown players just dont know how to use the bottles correctly

The Tombstone Piece doesn't add any time, only the Ultra rares and the hair add-ons add more time to stalk so instead of 10 seconds to get to tier 3 it would be 20 seconds and you don't need the perks, but what I'm saying is that you should'nt be counting add-ons, only the basic killer, and with this you should down Wraith and Ghostface in the list. It's difficult to build a list counting add-ons because then Demoboi would be the worst since his add-ons does nothing and Clown would be higher with that busted piny finger, so just don't count them. I agree with a lot of your opinions and your tier list is great. Also you are unlucky.

The problem with Clown is that when he throw his bottles he only gets a pallet at the face while Huntress/Deathslinger get a hit. Legion is easily one of the strongest on console and i have been getting a lot of good games on PC so far

Wow that's awesome I would just move Legion to "sometime I reeeee". Idk about new Bubba but I think he can get higher, not sure.
Edit: Why is trapper that high up? And where would you put Deathsliger/ Pyramid Head?

I have 4 killers left that I don't have. Ghostface, Oni, Demi, and Legion. Obviously, I'm trying to decide between Oni and Ghostface. Which one is more fun?

Oni is the second most difficult killer to learn, but once you master him you will have a lot of fun, he is strong and satisfying to play with. Ghostface is add-on dependent, so you will struggle with him if you don't have one of the recovery add-ons, but he is also really fun. If you have enough shards I would recommend buying Oni first, if you don't have a lot of shards buy Ghostface and save up to buy Oni.

To be fair, any player can go reee. :D To me Legion is only farming killer. What Legion can do - punish inexperienced survivors? His power is designed only to punish mistakes. Legion is M1 after survivors get injured. Just a killer good for finding survivors and farming chases and hits.
Edit: trapper, because of surprise. My tier list is not 100% about power. Deathslinger go to 'reee' tier, because they kind of attempt to be competitive, but lack tools to assert dominance. Pyramidhead, hmm, I think he belong to 'surprise' tier. :D

That would be my tier list, except by Legion (I would put him higher) and Bubba (he just came out so I'm still deciding were to put him)

bubbas viable addonless but isnt great, add-ons bump him up to B+ which is where i had him before that list

Best killers are Nurse and Spirit in my opinion.
Other killers will have a harder time against well organized swf teams.
