Why don't both main survivors of the rift get a cute figurine charm?

Seriously, I would have paid extra to unlock tiers for an Ace figurine charm. I also would have preferred a Dwight figurine charm over the Kate one from last rift.

Why don't both get a figurine charm? What determines which survivor gets one?

Will all original survivors eventually have one? How long do I have to wait for an Ace one?

    I was actually just wondering about this earlier, I figure its most likely so they can use them in later rifts. Sucks though because it will probably be at least another few rifts till they start going through the survivors who were already on rifts but didn't get a charm.

    It makes no sense why. I think that after everyone gets a turn. We will have another go around with everyone and this time the others will get a charm. I personally feel that they could have made a charm for both survivors and killers.

    As to how long or if the others will get charms, no eta. It's rather disappointing.
