Give me my money. Everybody has same problem with that bug. This company is not doing anything about BUGS. But yeah MEG cosmetics MORE important. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

Firstly you decided to buy it knowing full well refunds aren't the norm. I don't think there's been a single cosmetic refund.
Secondly this isn't at all the correct place.
The sync error sounds like the rank update error (or the message people get with that error anyway). Please file an official report here:

In case I'm mistaken file an official bug report in the bug reports section of the forums.

best part is support wants move video/pictures of the error happening despite you not getting any bp from it.
I would love bp as compensation since it happens every game for me.

I've already sent them recordings of every game where its happened (Thank god for Nvidia) but its irritating knowing while i'm sending them proof of the error I lose out on the grind which is why I usually play :(
I should ask for compensation but I haven't yet

If it happens again I don't think it would be unreasonable to ask for compensation from the missing bloodpoints.
Also if you haven't make sure you keep submitting logs to the rank update error/bug reporting (I'm not sure which one) section of the forums. Logs are the best things you can provide.

I am getting the same error.. 0 rift progress, 0 bpts ++ .. hope they fix it asap.. i am not playing the game atm,cuz it doesn't worth it... For nothing... Also the fps drops every 15 sec....
