Remove Hatch Keys

There should never be an offering, perk or item that there is no counter to. The survivor should only have access to the hatch if s/he has beaten the killer to it and not possess a free exit while the killer guards the exit doors.

    The counter to Keys is Franklin's Demise or hooking them first.

    Just like how there is no counter to an ebony mori? I can hook a survivor, camp, tunnel, and down them in such a short time for an easy free kill early game. Killer's still get about 15k BP even when they get 0 kills and gen rushed. Survivors can get as little as 1-5k getting tunneled and mori'd in the first few minutes of the game.
