Three games in a row that suspiciously 3 men SWF were running the super meta perk calm spirit against my Oni (who's obviously running infectious). Good job locking killers when survivors can see who they're facing just by opening log files. Good freaking job devs.

Yeah, it's a PC only problem, what shows that the devs are so unaware of their game that they think that what functions on console/mobile will translate equally on PC.

I usually get survivors that got quite, let's say, optimal perks against the killer i'm playin. And Spirit gets dodged. Hmmmm...

Is it actually so easy? Thought before survs would need a third party programm for it.

There's a section in the log files that loads the skins that are being used (base as well) so you can "guess" what killer is being load to the game.

Yeah, Ikr, but the community was saying that this ######### would happen a month before killer locking in the lobby. They just don't gave a single f. Now It's happening, pretty fun to play as a killer when you're high mmr so besides you gettin' all the sweaty swf to play against, now they can bring all the perks to counter you >:D

I mean, does every survivor think that it's worth their time breaking through encrypted logs?
Some of them are cheating, some of them are just lucky guessing (or simply running those perks constantly just in case). I, for example, didn't even knew that this log-file stuff was a thing before I read this topic. And it's not like every person knows how to do this sh*t. I don't know if this is something to be blamed on devs. Cheeky dumdums, who always need a way to cheat in order to have a chance, will be in this game no matter what (just like in any other multiplayer videogame btw).

If it was a new exploit, ok, shame on the players, but it's a well known issue that the devs are aware, that's why so many killers in red ranks did last second swaps. It's not that EVERY survivor will go out of his way to use it, but most sweaty survivors or comps almost always will. One calm spirit it's ok, but it's really shady when it's 3 in the game and the 3 are SWF (I always check the steams). It takes only one of them to use it for all of them to know what they should be running to counter the killer
