An Idea for Self-Care

Change it to an obsession perk.

Increases the efficiency of Med-Kit self-heal by 10/15/20 %.
Only the obsession, unlocks the ability to heal yourself without a Med-Kit at 50 % the normal healing speed.
Increases your chance to be the Killer's Obsession.

Kind of. He just wants it to be focused on the med-kit efficiency and only obsessions get the heal action. If we were to put this in game like this, I would say the other should be at 20% speed.

or maybe take out self care and just increase chances for medkits in bloodwebs and chests

I mean, it's a problem for bad killers that fail to catch people in chases or lose people quickly.

Self-Care is overpowered to the point that it's nearly mandatory as a solo survivor. Not only does it give you a large number of second chances, allow for hook diving against campers, and allow for more risky behavior, but it also directly counters one killer (Freddy), and directly counters a plethora of status effects.

It doesn't simply needs to be nerfed, it needs to be cratered and rebuilt.

After self-care, what do you guys plan to target next?

    Self care is fine.

If you are a killer and think that a perk is overpowered because it is used in every single match, then don't complain when survivors want some perks like BBQ, ruin, NOED to be nerfed.

If you are a survivor and think that self care doesn't need to be fixed even though it is the number 1 survivor perk, then don't want killer perks to be nerfed 'based on' their usage.

Basically try to be not biased, you will see that most of the time what survivors and killers propose goes against their own interests one way or another.

Maybe don't lose injured survivors during chases?

They've already stated they plan to make Self-Care skill checks no affect Freddy.

Killers camping is THEIR choice, if they want to camp and have people heal and save, that's a KILLER issue not a PERK issue.

Self-Care is mandatory for solo survivors because people just simply don't care to heal others, you killers sure hate SWF but try and make in mandatory by nerfing literally every reason to even play solo. How about you learn to play the game and quit crying about everything you don't like.

Bad killers? More like bad survivors. If the killer hits someone in a non purposeful way, say,  a bodyblocker, they can just go away and heal themself  and not need anyones help. Tanking a hit should not be something survivors can just brush off. It is bad game design. Also, the fact that the healing is limitless is assenein.

If you're going to sit there and say that only a bad killer has trouble with an infinate heal, take a hit = no problem, self sufficiant survivor crutch perk, then you must be high. Sorry but if I worked for BHVR and someone presented me with an idea for Self Care, I woukd ask him if he meant to do this yestersay.

Self Care will get adjusted, it's just a matter of when and how.

Wow... that is just so categorically wrong. With the Benevolence emblem also being dependent on heals, people are lining up to heal me.

You might want to consider that if you yourself is having issues getting people to heal you... just saying.

Seriously, I love this game but I just can't understand the community... How is it possible to find anything and everything to be either too good or too bad to even use? I'm a killer main. I have no problem with self care.

If the killer loses the person they're chasing then that's too bad. If the killer hits someone who's bodyblocking ect. then congrats. You just got yourself free bloodpoints and most likely still got to do what you were trying to do. And with luck, you'll be able to find the injured survivor trying to slowly heal themselves somewhere close by.

... Or you can use nurses calling to catch self care. It makes it way too easy
