Change in rank pips?

Has anyone noticed a change in how gaining pips for ranks? Ever since the last update, its been super easy to depip, but super difficult to pip back up..

Before the mid chapter release, I was holding my rank 1, but now I'm down to a 4. Haven't changed my play style, nor has my squad.

    Is this your first time being in red ranks? You pretty much have to do a bit of everything to pip up. Get chased, do gens, get saves. Then you'll pip. Only do two of them and you'll black pip most likely. One, regardless of escaping and you'll de-pip.

    Killer is the same way. You need a lot of quick chases, several hooks, yadda yadda.

    Basically it gets harder to pip, the lower your ranking is.

    But no I haven't noticed it being any different than normal.

    Nope, I've sat at a rank 1 for the last couple of months and had no issues with staying there. Only with the mid chapter release, I've had issues.

    Yeah, I tend to do everything in a match. Haven't changed how I play, so I dunno. Lol
