Cross-progression Request

It's probably too late to say something and probably unrealistic but instead of overwriting save files, what if they merged? I'm sure I'm not the only one that double dipped in this game and put effort on both.

I know most people go for the best version they can play but I switched from pc to Switch in order to play with friends. I had a fair amount of progress on pc but the switch version became my main account due to a lack of friends who had a pc.

Now, my friends made the wise decision to switch to pc where I have stable framerate and can set the quality to ultra. The killer experience was always better on pc so I still played a bit but now I can swf on pc and enjoy not having to worry about DC's or hook suicides.

So a merger of saves will massively benefit me with rift cosmetics, along with the dlc that came with the premium cost of the switch version. I have no clue why BHVR would do such a thing but one can dream. Though, it does lower my expectations even more knowing they don't allow refunds. I learned that the hard way when I spent $10 on Laurie and Tapp on Switch a week or two before golden week where I could've gotten four characters for the price of two. The two characters I should of bought on pc now feel like a waste since I won't want to overwrite my save with so much progress. I do have leatherface over here that I don't have on Switch.

It's just a big mess of split progress that a merger can help solve. I wouldn't mind if it were time-sensitive or require a devotion on both accounts. Then again, time is money. Thanks for listening to my story.

Edit: Guess I should also include that I'm grateful that cross-progression is coming to switch in the first place, since the other consoles are still waiting for confirmation. It is of great relief to my friends who have no progress on pc lol.
