What does it mean being listed ?
Hi, I was playing killer and had to do the archive : "Down a survivor within 60 seconds of downing another survivor". I wanted to do it fast so I played clown with the 1-shot addon so I can do it with ease and go on with my killer life. I downed and hooked everyone until they all died, the faster the better.
After the match a survivor said to me "nice tryhard, get listed, like that you will get tunnel and mori. Have fun"
So here's my question : what are thoses list, where can you even find them ? and why do they exist ? Is one game where you were playing a bit toxic (refering to the red addon) is enough for you to be judge like that ?

There is no list, at least none that I'm aware of. Whether you played toxic or not, if you didn't do anything against the rules (using in-game add-ons obviously isn't a violation) you won't see any trouble.
It's probably just some salt from an unhappy survivor, so don't worry about it and continue on with killer life.

i think maybe a list they making (like note book something)if there see you as survivor they tunnel camp and mori you.

From my experience there are players that go out of their way to write down every player they face, that they believe has wronged them (ie didn’t let them have their way). I’m on a list literally in someone’s steam bio for bringing ebony Mori iri head huntress for the kill all survs as huntress challenge (never used that combo before and don’t plan too, too easy and quick of a game) saying if they ever verse these people on their list they’re gonna bring a mori/facecamp for revenge.

Means he has a shitlist and will bring moris or tunnel you in all subsequent matches where you end up in his lobby. I have a list of my own but it's only for the absolute gravest of offenders. (People who use actual exploits, people who sweat their butts of and then GGEZ me in post-game, people who use racial slurs, etc.)
I know one guy I've mori'd like 8 times. Last time I brought him to hatch, shut it in his face, then gottem with the cypress mori. He DC'd mid animation.
Postgame chat? "######### YOU!" "######### YOU TOO!"

Oh, those lists! I know i figure in one of those cause ppl are entitled to survive and mark whom uses Memento Mori once in a while. The funny part is how much energy they expend to take reveange.
Come on! Once upon a time i tought about a list of gate tbagger and toxic players... just to discover it should be soooo big i couldnt remember and should have to do much effort to keep it up and making it useful.
So, lets them undertand few by few this is not a game for lists... you just remember the one or three worsts toxic ones by some reason and get your reveange if the chance comes. If not, go on until their names fade away in your memory.

And that's the thing. I don't write down names (usually) but if someone was such an absolute insufferable piece of ######### I actually recognized their username 2 months later, I argue they deserved the Mori. I'm talking about the bully squads who all bring sabo, butt-dance as they drop hooks, run OoO on midwitch and just teabag and run the killer around the hallway forever, then talk mad ######### in post-game.
IMHO those are the people that are so unfun to play against I actually remember their username, remember how much of a shitter they were, and bring me an Ebony or some kind of toxic build like 3-gen doc (Now with Jigsaw Piece edition) or Tunnel Me Pyramid Head with REAL facecamping.

Unfortunately fir the survivors I have a pretty good memory. Tbaggers and flashlight clickers are whatever. They come to regret the post game messages they send me and i dont need to write anything down

I play on the playstation 4 so the previous messages I received from that player remain there. Whenever I see a familiar name I'll click on their name and view the message history.
However, most survivors who are toxic post game are often terrible at the game. So when I see a survivor who has been toxic post game, I'll actually I'll go out my to play to the "survivor's rules for killers" book just to prove a point. That I can win against them even when I'm going extremely out of my way to playing to their rules.

like I said : I wanted to do it fast, and i have a lots of addons on all my killers since I don't often use red/purple addons. So I don't really care about saving them

there is a site that people can go to and list people they didn't like how they played. it is intended to let people know if you're a camper, tunneler or what not... basically it's a site set up for people to shout out how crappy they think you are lol. pay it no attention.
