It's so hard to counter his chainsaw, you have to be constantly near a loop or a window if you don't want to get hit. And it's impossible to save someone if he's camping. Maybe remove 1 charge from his power would make him a little less lethal.

he's B at most.
he still suffers from map control issues he's only been bumped up by his loop control and even then only slightly since a good looper will still bait or escape a good bubba chase.
i mean bubba has always excelled at taking down people in the open, thats part of his strength, cant run or hide from most killers in plain sight, just like a deer in headlights if you can already see it and it sees you then you are already screwed, you survivor was based around not being in the headlights.
i can see alot of the changes are trying to encourage stealth but thats a problem when generators are so loud, stealth is also never going to happen against a good SWF because they can hivemind rush the objectives knowing where the killer is 24/7

ask yourself this question: If a killer's power is completely counterable, how does the killer catch a survivor if the game is balanced around killers using their powers to catch survivors?
I really don't know why people think everything needs counters in this game. You counter the killer by looping and vaulting windows. The killer counters that by using their power.
The way to counter every killer in this game is to split up and rush gens, no killer in this game can do anything about this tactic, it's a free win for survivors.
