Change in Spirit's Power?

As far as I can remember, when Spirit uses her power and she is phasing near you, you hear a whooshing noise that gets louder the closer she is to you. Yet a couple of match I've had against Spirit players, I couldn't hear anything. Yet when she was in a chase with someone else and a considerable distance away, the whooshing sound was so loud I thought she was right next to me (but wasn't). She had no add-ons that affected the noise of her power. Did something change or is it bugged?

    As far as I understand, you hear the whooshing if you get in her terror radius AFTER she began phasing. The terror radius of phasing Spirit, that is. Not the terror radius of her clone she leaves behind. You will not hear whooshing if you stay out of her terror radius, or stay in her terror radius while she is phasing.
