5 sec ds is too much
ds is so broken 5 sec stun is the worst idea on dbd ,why don't we reduce it to 4 sec?

You can only use ds once per match. It's 5 seconds lol not that long.

Before it was 3 sec but you could cut it in half with enduring so they nerf enduring. After a while they buff DS but enduring is still nerf because survivor use to complain about it because survivor is 80% of the player base they dont want to piss them so they dont touch survivor perk too much

I don't care that much, but what annoys me is that it was raised to 5 seconds to counter Enduring being used against it, then not revented once it was no longer effected by Enduring.

IIRC it was like 3 seconds, then they made enduring reduce the stun, so they buffed it to 5 seconds, then they removed enduring reducing it.

Why 4 seconds? So that a month later killers will beg for another 1 second reduction?

You will never, EVER be satisfied with any DS changes. So, deal with what you have.

The survivor is also stunned for about a second so it's kind of only a 4 second stun if 5 seconds sounds like too big a number to you.

It is supposed to be a perk antitunnel and to prevent the killer from finding it again.

yeah i respect the perk anti tunnel but 5 sec is embarassing 4 sec is much better because when the killer is stunned for 5 sec the surv have so much time to found a pallets

DS is NOT an antitunnel perk. No one likes to be hooked 2 times in a period of 60 seconds and less people are starting to use it.
Take also into account that the animation of the killer dropping the survivor after being stunned lasts for 1 second, meaning survivors have 4 seconds to make it to a pallet.

Yeah, seems pretty fair and no killer argued about it as much BS it was against the surv who brought it, it's like most killers i'm seeing want their games handed to them.

I don't think the duration is the biggest issue with DS. I think it should just deactivate when you perform an action or after another survivor is hooked. 5 seconds is fine but the perk shouldn't punish killers who are genuinely that good.

Killer objective isn't to kill every survivor as fast as possible, best killers around would get around 15k by 4k if it was the case.

This is true, but I still think it's a bit stupid that a killer can chase, down and hook another survivor, and then when they pull me off a gen, I have the opportunity to hit a skill check and run away. I don't think it should be a set time, there should be things that deactivate it.

The stun time is not a problem if you slug.
The problem with DS is being forced to slug and lockers, not the stun duration.

Bruh survival are always nerfed and when he buffs a perk of survival you say that he is favor of the survivals toolbox was nerfed flashlight was nerfed now you have a time for pallet stun save removed insta heal nerfed to much ds and many others things, 3 seconds its nothing and it only activates for 60 seconds, and i think that enduring was nerfed because of sprirt fury and enduring, stop sayng that the deves love the survivals because i really dont remememver any nerf untyl the new update that nerfed the hillbily and the enduring
