So now that rank means absolutely nothing when are you removing rank reset it makes no sense to even have this function in the game anymore it serves no purpose as you the developers have said ranks are not a accurate way to tell skill.
Now that the MMR System is likely here to stay knowing you guys lets go ahead and talk about when rank reset is being removed.

They're removing/reworking the rank system into something else in the future, so why does it matter?

It matters because it serves no current purpose at all.

Rank reset is not being removed as they are planning to create rank rewards based on it
