RATE MY DARK DEVOTION REWORK PLEASE
DARK DEVOTION
After hitting your Obsession with a Basic Attack, if the Obsession has interacted with other Survivor in the trial, Dark Devotion activates. Next time you down your obsession the Survivor who was the last one to interact with the Obsession will emit a Terror Radius of 32 metres for 35/40/45 seconds.
You are granted the Undetectable Status Effect for the duration. The Survivor affected by Dark Devotion hears the Terror Radius they emit for the duration.
You can only be obsessed with one Survivor at a time.
Now you don’t have to break a chase with your Obsession, instead you are able to stealthy approach other survivors after downing the Obsession.
I think it would make a great combo with Nemesis and Infectious Fright.

Remove having to intereact with another survivor and randomly place on another survior when you down an obsession and it will be better, the current state of dark devotion is fine btw

Well, I don’t see the issue with current Dark Devotion. Your version just makes it needlessly complicated and last too long.

My version makes it a viable perk cus it doesn’t force you to leave the survivor you chasing (who also have to be the Obsession btw) and sneak up on another survivor in 30 seconds. Instead, you just play the game and gain undetectable after every down if you play nemesis
for me personally it is much better
Maybe the survivor who will gain a terror radius is actually better to be randomly chosen instead of what I offered

You can’t just make something like Dark Devotion a “viable perk.” It’s a gimmick perk, and one of many in the game. It’s not supposed to be easy to use. Your version just makes it... kinda... brain dead. Sorry, I really can’t think of a better word for it.
