Speed limiter should have a BP effect like BBQ

It should double the amount of bloodpoints in deviousness category and allowing you to get more BP at the tally screen.

Currently it's just helping you to max out the deviousness category, who needs that?

A good Billy is going to max out this category regardless. And why should a bad Billy pick this addon if he is just happy to hit a few chainsaws in the first place, he would rather have the insta down instead of doing it twice with a bit more BP.

This addon makes zero sense. Neither a good or a bad Billy has ever a reason to use it. UNLESS it works like BBQ and actually gives additional bloodpoints.

BHVR PLEASE change it this way, it's otherwise just going to collect dust on everyones inventory like the previous 4 years.

    Tbh every addon/perk should be like bbq and double the points instead of getting you to the 8k cap faster.
