Games Decides You’re Done Struggling???
So this issue happens every now and then it’s not something that’s like an urgent fix since it’s been going on for a while. But anyways I play on Xbox and sometimes when I’m spamming to struggle on hook the game just decides that I let go of the button and wanted to die even tho I was pressing it.
I thought maybe it was the controller but it’s happened with other controllers as well. The whole point of struggling is to spam the button so not really sure why sometimes the game is just like nah you’re done. No the timer did not run out in these situations either.

Sometimes if you are hitting the button TOO fast it might not see a response in the required time, or contrarily if too slow you miss a response time. there could be any number of issues happening, including network outage, your controller briefly disconnects from your xbox, ps4 or pc and then reconnects. there are more possibilities.

A small lag spike can cause that to happen.
Also they changed it so you stop struggling if all remaining players are hooked, even if you have time remaining so that may be happened too.

Wait what? When did they do that ######### change? What about if this is one (or more) of your other teammates first hooks and they have the potential to kobe and also potentially save you? The #########?

Only of everyone is struggling. Not just hooked, that person is misinformed

If game is done aka all survivors struggling on the hook you won't be able to struggle anymore.
There are no chances of survivors winning anymore.
Anything else is probably input bug/lag .

Nope it's a bug lol its happen to plenty of people. Nothing to do with anyone's controller

When everyone’s on struggle phase, the game just ends it right there to speed up the game a little bit. There’s no way for the Survivors to get off the hook at that point. This change was made a couple patches ago.
