David King isn't American, he is English, from Manchester. Could you not at the very least get the accent right? you ignored me on his look, which was a joke tbh, he looks like John Bender from the Breakfast Club, but an American accent as well?

The very last scene was the scariest for me. The rest of the film was tense, but that last part where the Survivors are running to that small light had me on edge. I was thinking that Doc would burst out of the wall or one of his illusions would suddenly appear.

I couldn´t see it due to the 30-minutes-later timing. I don´t live in your time zone, and it was in the middle of the night here. I stayed up an hour to see it, but couldn´t take the additional 30 minutes, because i didnt know how long the movie would go, and have children that wake me up in the morning in any case. Why did you do it?

Very cool and creative. I loved the pace in the dialogue and my baby Dweet was perfectly cast! 😍

Holy #########, that was good. I loved all the character development that you packed into 10 minutes. I really like Ace he is my favourite character, can't wait for the sequel. Good job Philip :D.

I really liked it man but I will say I think you guys got a little excited and jumped the gun releasing it , I used to record music alot and it's similar in ways , you should go back and call it an introduction or teaser and finish the movie , the work put in was amazing but it needs a little bit more to it and to be a little longer.

Good casting, acting and production.
A couple nitpick recommendations if you continue to make films in this series:
- Have David cut his hair or pull it back into a pony at least. It's hard to tell the difference between him and Ace.
- I would go with color. Black and white is cool but it makes it even harder to distinguish between the characters
- Start wide in your shots and then move to close-ups. When you start with close-ups it's very jarring when suddenly we find out there are others present. Set the scene with a wide and move in as things intensify.
But again, great job. Keep on going. I'm excited to see what comes next!

I look forward to watching it, but I do hope that future installments will be longer. :) The pilot came off more as a trailer. And if people sitting watching the "Starting Soon" longer than the film itself, they tend to get salty. I am giving them a break, because I enjoyed what little I saw. I just think they need to learn from this and the minimum feature needs to be 15 minutes.

Good! All he needs to do is watch how Liam and Noel Gallagher speak, they have strong manc accents. I know that is bad of me to say being a manc myself but Americans sometimes seem to think everyone in England sounds either like a london cockney or uses the Queen's English. If all he does it study Liam and Noel Gallagher, he will be set. Maybe drop the John Bender look as well, I can live with the long hair.

Yeah, I'm really glad I didn't catch it live I would have been annoyed. As it was I was already bummed that I saw the video was 42 minutes then only 12 ended up being the actual episode.

Quick update for everyone!! Thank you for watching! Yes i know it was short but we are going to go back and film more and make it a full length movie!!! It will be worth the wait! The sound will also be corrected!!

Nice - looking forward to it. Also, I don't think the critiques are necessarily on the length, but just that the whole thing was basically just an intro to the actual film that isn't yet released. Take it as a good sign: you left people unsatisfied yet hungry for more. :)

Now thats somethin to look forward to! Honest opinion, yeah it was short, and yeah I'm salty it was short because the build up from the basement scene was so good.
Some advice for the next installments if you're gonna use After Effects, you may want to adjust your lightning effect so that it matches the style of the black and white camera you're using. Its pretty jarring (and not in a good way) to have everything black and white and then suddenly.....theres lightning and its blue.... <----WOT??
Theres some pretty decent free utilities out there that'll save you some production cost. Also if you wanna save some bucks I produce musics and I'm pretty sure others among the community do as well. You could always outsource some production to the community.....since it is a fan made film....may as well outsource to some community members that'll hook you up for free?
I personally produce everything from Orchestral, to trap, to EDM, glitch, ambient etc. Give it a shot, boop the communities snoot!
