Movement animation speed as killer

I've been noticing when playing as killer, while I'm traversing the map, every once in a while I will go noticeably slow for like 2 seconds. I first noticed it after playing the reworked billy and chalked it up to an error with him but I'm noticing it here and there with more and more killers. Anyone else notice this?

Had/having the same issue. I swing and it lags I chase change. It lags. I down a survivor it really lagged with the survivor laying on the ground a couple to a foot away from where I downed them before picking them up.
