Any chance of a post mortem/retro on MMR?
With MMR being turned off, it seems as though the team have recognized that the MMR system failed in some aspect. Is there any chance in the DBD team sharing what went wrong with it? Was it a numbers problem? Was it the individual MMR per killer? Was the whole thing just flawed from the beginning? What was the reason it didn't go over so well? Also, will it be coming back after more work is done on it or will it be scrapped for an entirely different system?

I mean, no offence to the devs or anything, but they couldn't fix their normal MM system after nearly a year so what made anyone think their MMR system would work? I honestly hope it doesn't come back until they confirm it works 100% because I can guarantee a lot of players left the game over this recent bork of MM

It's hard to be constructive when the game is a literal dumpster fire right now and all hope of it being fixed died long ago when more and more bugs just kept getting thrown into the game alongside new DLC. So sorry, not sorry.

There's been no indication MMR is gone for good, as far as we can tell they disabled it while they continue working on fixing whatever was causing the issues it had.

If the MMR system worked the way they said it did, it would be great. But this is DBD, nothing works the way the devs say it will.
