Does Off The Record counter Stridor, or is it the same as Iron Will?

Please clear this up for me, I'm confused.

    For sound-altering perks just pretend there's not a % symbol there at all, as they're purely additive. So they're pretty much "sound points" instead.

    Iron Will = -100 sound points

    Stridor = +50 sound points

    So it totals out at 50, or half volume.


    No Mither is an additional -50, so that + iron will perfectly counters Stridor by putting you at 0 sound points. Iron Will + Off The Record overkills it while OTR is active, ending up at -50 "sound points" vs Stridor.

    And if you completely overkill it with Iron Will + Off The Record + No Mither that's -250 sound points, or -200 vs Stridor.

    So the important part is that you need more than one perk lowering your volume to be quiet vs Stridor. Doesn't matter which 2, as long as they're all level 3.
