  Do not use slippery meat or any luck offering with this perk because the game sees 105% luck and freaks out, resulting in it not working.

  IT also still doesn't work if the Trapper grabbed you out of a trap and hooked you, Myers downs you while in Evil Within III, or if you have a Reverse Bear Trap on.
