Can console players see the aftergame chat?

Just asking because they never write something either before or after the match.

Btw how was the experience of console killers before crossplay? I've met some good bully survivors so far from other plattforms and i can imagine this is because killer on console is harder than on pc, thus survivors think they can play like that (and spaming 360s like crazy).
